Disability Information for Disney World

  • Walt Disney World recently made changes to the eligibility requirements and registration process for the Disability Access Service (DAS). The changes were to help ensure the service is being utilized by Guests who are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time. Below is a link for information on the updated DAS program:
  • Walt Disney World has a variety of other programs and options to help Guests with mental or physical impairments access our attractions if they are not eligible for DAS. Below are links to different resources to assist Guests with disabilities plan their visits to Walt Disney World and ensure they get the best experience possible:

  • Below are the most signification impacts that our Warrior Games Friends, Family, & Athletes:

    • DAS eligibility is intended to accommodate those Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time. Physical conditions, such as mobility restrictions, are no longer within eligibility guidelines for the DAS program.
    • Registration for DAS must be done in ADVANCE of arrival at the theme park. Guests must have a conversation with a Cast Member via live video chat to determine eligibility. Guests are not able to register in-person at our theme parks or Guest Relations. Guests who do not register in advance can participate in a live video conference on the day of their visit.
